Is sex needed for our body training?

Well, my opinion is that sex drains the organs so they work harder to get the testosterone pumpin. I think keeps us all in the bodybuilding world goin.

I can't say that I've heard anyone say this, but it seems to me that moving the cum out of our bodies keeps the T-zone going. And the muscles pumpin

I've read that the oxytocin released in the buildup toward orgasm is protective of certain cancers, such as that of the breast or prostate.

Some health leaders recommend men enjoy two orgasms a day to promote prostate health. In fact, a 2004 JAMA study concluded:

"ejaculation frequency is not related to increased risk of prostate cancer. High ejaculation frequency may possibly be associated with a lower risk of total and organ-confined prostate cancer. Any evidence that makes sex worthwhile is kind of a good thing, but can you imagine the reaction if you tell your wife that playing with her breasts can help prevent breast cancer?

I mean, damn...

As far as the question goes, sex isn't needed per se, but it's a definite bonus. And a shitload more fun than the normal type of cardio...
