Hello. I'm new here. I used to do weight training in my 20s. Then I stopped but carried on with cardio-type exercises. I took up weight training again about 2 years ago. I've just turned 56. I haven't done any training for nearly 3 months because a back problem is playing up. I will start again soon-ish.
