Bulking..... ?

Hi guy's i have been on here a while ago with a diet for cutting and ran it past you guy's. I come onto this site a hell of a lot and soak up as much info as my brain can handle then go off and try to use this information to help me achieve my goal of being a natural bodybuilding animal!......

Anyway i have been using Whey for a while now and noticed considerable muscle growth in the past 6 - 12 months. In whole i think iv gained about 13 pounds in muscle. But now i have been cutting and feel really small. So onto bulking now and here's my diet i wanna just ran past you guys.
It's a diet for bulking as fast as possible! My goal is about 2 - 3 pounds a week in muscle. And i will stick with this only for 1 month because i have a holiday coming up and will want to cut down again and get lean 6 weeks before.

Here's the diet.....


5.30 pm - Breakfast 1 (Upon Waking)

1 Scoop Whey
1 Banana

6.00 pm - Breakfast 2 (30 Mins Later)

3 Whole Eggs
6 Egg Whites
1 Bagel

9.00 pm - Morning Snack

2 Scoops Casein
1 Wholemeal Muffin
1 Tbspn Peanut Butter

12.30 am - Lunch

1 Tin Tuna In Water
1 Tspn Fat Free Mayonaise
4 Slices Wholemeal Bread
200 G Salad

3.30 am - Afternoon Snack

2 Scoops Casein
235 g Porridge

6.00 am - Dinner


250g Salmon
195g Brown Rice
172g Black Beans
300g Salad

7-7.30 am - Pre- Workout Shake


1 Scoop Whey
5 - 10g Creatine
10 - 15g BCAA's
5 - 10g Glutamine
1 Whole Apple

8-8.30 am - During Workout Shake

20g Essential Amino Acids
5 - 10g Creatine
10 - 15g BCAA's
5- 10g Glutamine
50g Vitargo

When i Finish - Post Workout Shake

2 Scoops Whey Protein
1 Scoop Casein
5 - 10g Creatine
10 - 15g BCAA's
5 - 10g Glutamine
100g Vitargo

9.30-10.00 am - Bedtime


1 Scoop Casein
25 g Mixed Wholenuts


Macro Breakdown
Cal. Pro. Carb. Fat
4,603 435 496 86

May I ask why the times you have listed are all backwards?

Ex. 5:30 pm - breakfast?

No problem!....

I work nights... So i get up usually at about 5.30 pm So that for me is breakfast time.
