One.. On my days off from working out should i eat less or more when trying to put on muscle? and Two.... is it true that the body can only digest 25g of protein every two hours and the rest is just a waste and is excreted? thanks guys!!!!

I think your diet should be constant during all week. That is my opnion. But wait some people might think different. Also it is hard to say how much protein you can absorb. I dont think a lot of protein makes too much difference. But wait fufu might not agree.
