multiple lunch bags

Anyone else have this problem? I had to take two lunch bags to work today to hold all my food. I packed:

Two 5 oz. chicken boneless chicken breasts
Garden salad
Fruit salad
Pasta salad
Small bag of Peppridge Farm goldfish

Each has it's own container. People here think I am some kind of fat ass eating all this food.

They don't understand that you are actually putting in good things versus...grabbing a McDonald's lunch.
I'm sure I will have that same thing to deal with when I start my new job in a few weeks

i get the same reaction at my work. my lunch bag weighs a ton. they always tell me, dont u ever stop eating?some other fat guys tell me u eat so much and u dont get fat, i eat once a day and look at me. i tell them "exacly"

LOL....at least it's freaking healthy

Hehehehe. You should talk to BPB about that one. He's often talked about how he needs a bigger backpack to pack all his food in. We do the same thing. We both carry duffle bags to work with a lot of separate containers in them to hold all the proportioned out food! And yeah, til people get used to it, they are astonished at all the food we eat and then wonder why we're not fat, lol. It's not much of a problem for me since I work in a gym, so people understand for the most part.

I work in an office with 10 overweight women. Funny, they say "Who's cooking lunch!?" when I am warming up a chicken breast at 10:00 AM.

The women here dont understand how I can eat so much fat, like mayo and whole boiled eggs and still be skinny. While they are eating FF Yogurt with Granola crunch mixed in. Go figure

Yeah, and in my store I get the "well I don't understand why I can't lose this weight, I'm only eating one meal a day." So then I start explaining to them why they need to eat at least 5-6 meals a day and I love the look on their faces when I tell them I eat 6 times a day. They look at me and go "and you look like THAT?!" I'm like, "my point exactly".

I do get the cross look as i walk in with a bag overflowing with chow and i also get the comments about eating so much and not getting fat . I find it humorous that they assume that i'm just a pig and will ens up fat . Not going to happen here .
Then i tell them i eat 5-6 times a day and they're jaws always drop . I love getting that reaction .

I take a mini-cooler to work with me two days a week and bring enough stuff to keep in the fridge for a few days. I have my own little section in the fridge.

LOL...I know EXACTLY what you mean. They call me the RAT at work(in a loving way if possible) Cause I am always eatting(every 3hrs) I actually bring my blender to work everyday to make my shakes! On top of all my oatmeal, egg, tuna and chicken containers...so don't feel bad!

It took the girls where I work a little while to get used to me bringing so much food w/ me.I even brought a full size fridge so I'd have room for a weeks worth of food when I cook a bunch ahead of time.I even keep a Braun handmixer for shakes.

I work in a kitchen and eat whatever I want.

I used to do that too & I was having steaks and chickens, etc. everyday. I can eat whatever I want too.

I just bought one of those coolers on wheels...it got too heavy trying to carry all this food to work...

Lol I take one lunch box with two bits of chicken, eight potatoes and about six bits of broccoli to work and I am asked not to monopolise the fridge. Plus I hardly ever get a break every three hours. Usually I do, but Saturdays are mad. I have tried reasoning with them but the boss reckons that it's a 'fad' that i'll grow out of.

Im a commuter at college, and i cant bring a whole bunch of food with me so i bring like 4-5 mrp bars with me to school when i go to school. I tried mixing Myoplex in a shaker doesnt work to well.

What I do is mix my Mrp in the morning and stick it in the freezer for an half an hour and cover it in tin foil then by the time you want it it is cold but not frozen.
