hey ive been eating good and not really watching my diet drinkin protein shakes and put on some fat
...i work out in the evening and afterward drink my shake then eat supper...i was wondering if i started running about 20 minutes before my workout and cut out my bad stuff would be pretty good for losing a couple of punds of fat and still drink my shake afterwards

If you don't know what you are putting in your body, how are we meant to tell what will help you lose weight?

im 16 i mean i used to 250lbs but lost it till now 183 and maintained that weight for a awhile but started bulking to get a little bigger muscle wise but
my diet is
get up
eat 1 egg grits and bacon
lunch whatever school is havin
protein shake after workout
supper whatver momma cooks anywhere from pizza rolls to steak
pretty much im to young to be doin this stuff and just really lookin to raise my metabolism and keep what i got for summer
thats why i was wantin to know cardio before my workout be helpful
