which orals are the better ones , i know nap 50's are heavy on the system , are there any safer ones to take and what are they best used for ie . bulking cutting etc .

H-drol is probally the safest also epi/Havoc are fairly mild but they all do require you run support supps and a pct

If you are looking at dianabol, start with 5 mg tabs, not the 50s.
