This has prob came up many times but i cant seem to find it, iim a 17 year old kid about 5' 10, 155 lbs id say i'm pretty lean, have about maybe 12% body fat. For the last two weeks ive went on a bulk diet ive gained about 3+ pounds in the last 2 weeks taking supliments and protein powder...Im a kid yes about to graduate high school and yes i like to enjoy my self so i take the liberty of smoking marijuana about once a week. Will this effect my bulk? how bad is this for working out? will it effect my trying to gain weight? ( i don't go off on munchie binges), will it decrease my strength? Thanks in advance and sorry for all the questions.

If you are smoking once a week it isn't anywhere near a top factor involving your bulk.
Don't sweat it, there are more important things to concern yourself with.

I don't think smoking is bad at all.
Helps with meals, helps with sleep, helps with minor aches and pains.

hahahah thanks guys nah i was just asking because i heard that smoking weed deteriorates your muscles? and i only do it once maybe twice a week and also work out 5 days out of the week, i usually do it on my off days..sometimes ill do it before i go to the gym lol.. i feel it helps me with my pumps.
