are rasins good while cutting? Someone said it had alot of sugar.

They do have a lot of sugar, though they can be forgiven due to their high fiber. At least I think they have high fiber, I haven't checked. Remember a raisin is basically a grape without the water, so how many grapes would you eat?
Overall I'd say they're great for bulking, not so good for cutting. It's not that they're really bad, just that there's a fair whack of sugar for their size, so it can quickly add up if you're adding them to something such as oatmeal.
