I like men who can be themselves without compromising who they are just because I'm female. A lot of women DO control men, though, which I really don't agree with. As for men controlling women...well, been there and done that and it's not a good situation at all.

IMHO, neither partner should be dominant over the other (unless we're talking in a sexual sense which is okay as long as they're both into it...)

Actually, I have it on good authority that as a woman, I'm scary. How the hel that works I have no idea, but it's just something guys I know have told me. And no, I can't figure it out either.
