My questions are:
Are weighted pushups a good addition? Should i try DB pressing with just my right pec to bring it up? Should i incorporate flys? Because i hardly use DBells (Dont have alot of DBell Weight) I always workout till i completely fatigue my chest (Hence the pushups) I dont think its an issue of am i training hard enough but more a issue of balencing my bench with only emphasizing the chest |
