Currenly im on a cut, getting in about 2500 calories a day (25yr old male 184 pounds at 19% bf) over 5-6 good meals all made up of a clean diet, aiming for low carb (bout 150g a day) with high protein and high fat (the good kind!) Thing is even though fitday says im within my goal it still feels like i'm eating LOADS, almost as if im eating too much, anyone else ever feel like this?, at first i thought it was great that i could eat so much and still lose BF, but now its a pain in the **** eating for the sake of it and not necessarily cos im hungry, think walnuts are going to be the answer! i dread going on a bulk

anyone else ever feel like this?

no... I am always hungry no matter how much I eat

i remember thinking the same thing when i started using fitday.

it's really no surprise for anyone to think that way though. bottom line is people these days are eating empty, worthless calories that make up so much of the junk that's out there.

eat healthy, eat right, and you'll be surprised how much you should be eating. assuming you're eating healthy, calorie-wise, you can eat a lot.
