ive been reading a lot of the posts here, and it seems you guys dont like anyone under the age of about 25 taking any form of steroid. i can understand that, however if i was to ignore that advice i have a couple of questions.

Some quick stats, im 18, 6ft 1, 206 pounds, had my body fat profesionally measured last week - 10.9%. have been lifting for 2 years now and heard some good reviews about M1T, so i wanted to try a cycle

im running two weeks on two weeks off for eight weeks to initally see what happens. im takin 20mg of MIT during the on weeks, and using ISA test for my PCT. im obiviously taking milk thistle every day as well.

i was just wondering what else you guys think i should be incorperating into my PCT, or is ISA test sufficient?

cheers

I cannot urge you enough to reconsider that would be a very big mistake not only are you to young but you have picked probally one of or the most harsh compound to start with.

This would not be a good 1st cycle for anyone never, never, never you could not have made a worst choice.

I recommend you do not do any anabolics at all right now but ISA test is in no way a pct from m1t DON'T DO IT PLEASE

Seriously, put some more time in naturally. It took me 4 years before i was anywhere near satisfied with my progress.

At 205 and your height, theres a LOT of room for natural gains before you need steroids.

Man. with M1T there is ALOT more one should be researching and planning for a cycle. The M1T would be a poor choice for a beginner cycle, if indeed you choose to ignore the advice of refraining from using AAS all together. There was a very extensive log on here, from a guy who did a shitload of research and planning for his cycle, to ensure it was on point, and he was no newbie to AAS. IF, and only IF, you choose to do something, pick another compound. I myself have not even considered M1T. You have tons of natural growth potential, as stated above, just ask here for advice on training and diet and nutrition, and se how overwhelming the feedback will be. Your natural ability at this age is far more powerful than synthetic in the long run, and sooo much damn healthier and long lasting.

Working is right M1t is a really harsh one and you are too young to take steroids. BUT, if you go ahead anyway please make sure you do some research and get the proper supps to run on cycle plus get a proper pct together. AND, have everything you need in hand BEFORE you start taking the stuff.
Again, as everyone else will try to tell you, you can permanently injure yourself by taking these.

This is typical of someone who has no idea about steriods and how to take them but yet because they are lazy and don't want to work hard to get what they want, they think they can do some gear and get big. Yet Another mis- conception.

Cannot agree more and the big thing is he will do way more harm than good to himself

guys i appreciate all your input, and i will strongly consider discontinuing the use of M1T.

i do not however appreciate someone saying this is me taking the lazy route. 2 years ago i weighed 154 pounds, so ive put on 52 pounds of muscle in the past two years using nothing but protein shakes and a few creatine cycles, while maintaining a relatively low bf. so while i admit yes i do not know as much about this topic as i should, it is certainly not me picking the laziest option, curiosity maybe, but not laziness.

Great job on the gains but i really believe that at your age you still have alot of natural gain you can still make before going down the steriod path i wish you the very best

See, you just told and proved to us the natural gains you still are capable of!!! You just made the glaring point we are trying to make...you gained 54 lbs of muscle in 2 yrs with diet and work and proteins....why stray from that now?? I could not put on 25-30 lbs of muscle right now without seriously killing myself naturally. You still have that capability, stick with it until it doesn't work. Damn bro, those type gains are not going to come with just doing M1T, it still comes down to your diet and work ethic, and if your gains are still at that level, don;t fix it if it ain't broke. Keep after it until you may "NEED" extra help, then maybe consider a different supplement. M1T is a little brutal, not worth the sides for the gains. THere are better alternatives. Just ride out what you have going for you, exhaust your resources within yourself FIRST. Good luck bro...

Agree, great work. Stick with it. Then if you still want to do gear in later yrs, then go for it.
