I seem to have a problem with severe gas 2 hours later after I workout. As soon as I finish a workout, I have a protein shake like I've always had in the past, without problems. However, two hours later I now seem to have severe gas and it lasts for a good 2-3 hours. I don't know why it happens, I just want it to go away and eliminate it. Does anyone else have this problem? |

Oh yeah i actually forgot about that. Ginger will aid with digestion. As well you can buy digestive enzymes in pill form. Take half an hour before eating, it might help.
