How do you know when it is to late to treat gyno with letro or nolva an surgery is required?

seriously its too bad when you think its bad its probably more a issue upon knowing that the nolva doesnt or letro doesnt decrease the size and you personally feel uncomfortable about yourself than you might need surgery.

I've known people to take nolva to reverse gyno, after they thought it to be too late. As far as I know it had not turned into a hard mass - just painful soft tissue and the nolva cleared it up (if I remember correctly at about 60mg a day in divided doses). Also heard clomid works to clear up gyno. Oh, by the way, if your asking you have a gyno problem - try clomid and/or nolva if that doesnt work go to the Dr.
