You know how after heavy squats your lower back feels compressed. well it feels like that all the time now. IDK what to do.

Your form is probably shit, because you never listen to good advice. Ice, rest, and go see a doc if it doesn't go away.

Your back shouldn't feel 'compressed' after squats.

yah but i threw up blood yesterday so i caled up and made an appointment today. bascially he said that stomach ache, back pain, and throwin up can be liver pain(or being pregnant) lol. but tomorrow im oing back for blood eetc
