for a lot of exercises my right arm/leg is stronger than the left.
i am doing only dumbbell & body weight exercises.
is there a proper way to accomodate this?
right now i can curl probably 50lb w/ right and only 30 with left.
so i can undertrain the right and use the same weight on each arm, or is it ok to use heavier dumbbells on each side?
will i just keep the imbalance going if i do that?

use barbells?

???? Keep the weight the same just work your weaker arm a few extra reps so it can catch up. It's a slower process but working for me now

Why not just do barbell shit until btoh arms catch up?

Stronger arm will always dominate, thats why you use dbs

Yes. Use the weights that your left side can handle and work on increasing that weight until your left catches up with your right. Don't do extra reps, thought, just stick with a normal regiment where your stronger side gets undertrained for a while.

Don't.

Just keep the weights even. If you do use a barbell, don't use a straight bar. It'll eventually cause some wrist and forearm tendionitis
