alright i was chilling at my boyz crib in bedsty this weekend and we just chilled the whole weekend and drank and shit and i got like 3 hrs of sleep on fri and sat night. today i slept liek 16 hrs and wen i woke up i went lifting. it waas back and chest day. so i startd with bench, DB bench, then dips. halfway throught my dip set i just felt light headed and shit. do you think it was because of the drinking and lack of sleep? if so do you think if i sleep good today and tomorrow i can lift again weds? and weds is leg day so should i just chill today and not do chest and back again until next monday? or should i try again 2morrow?
