Ok first off, let me say I'm a new forum member and so far I have found tons and tons of information that, although helpful, is overwhelming.
2 1/2 months ago I had my first baby. So I have been trying to get back to my workout routine but have found it to be quite challenging. Having a newborn deprives you of so much of the recuperative sleep we all need.
So needless to say I am running on about 3-4 hours of sleep, a full time work schedule and a full load of workouts (3-4 days a wk,not the 5-6 I used to do).
Ok,enough nonsense, I'll get to my point...Until now I have never taken any supplements except for daily vitamins and things of that nature and the isopure drink a day. Not because I didn't want to take them, I am just unfamiliar with them but I find myself needing their aid more and more. I fall asleep giving the baby a bottle and clonk him in the head with it all the time funny but not funny.
In reading some threads I came across alot of stuff that has been suggested but as this is a predominantly male atmosphere (i just figured anyway) I didn't know if these supplements were something that I should try being a female and all. Also,I'm looking for a potent fat burner to go along with it (I gained 60 lbs while pregnant-shed almost half but it's becoming more difficult). I also don't typically have a problem with stuff, I drink more caffeine in one afternoon than can be mass produced in a week!
So here's the list of what I've gathered to be recommended energy boosters:
I apologize for the lengthy thread and if I sound like a total douche but I really have no idea which to try. Any help you all can provide would be fantastic!! Thanks guys!
p.s.
I'm also looking for an energy supplement for my husband, any advice would be great.

Are you still breast feeding?
I can't really comment on the fat burners as I am not a big supporter of them. However you diet will be the key to your success.

Yeah echo that...........anything you take now can be passed through.
I would be careful of what you take if you are.

please add our stims to the list...
basic cuts
and
adrenalean
both have excellent feedback with both males and females, basic cuts is cheap and effective, adrenalean is unlike most stims in that is kills appetite, enhances mood, and gives a long lasting energy that isnt a wired feeling.
i know it sounds like an ad, but i believe that it deserves to be on the top of that list.

Thanks for the feedback. I will

Basic cuts looks very good actually.
Cayenne Pepper (Capsicum annum, 40,000 Heat Units), Caffeine
Anhydrous, PEA (phenylethylamine), Hordenine.
I'd love to try some.
Sweet T, how about we get your diet and training worked out first, then you can add in one or both supps, k?

works for me...but what do you suggest I take/do to help increase my energy?
Posted by: Built
For now, just caffeine. I take tablets for this.
First up, your diet and your training. Do you have a gym log? If not, start one and PM me the link. I want to see how you eat and train before we do ANYTHING else, k?

all a gym log is, is like an online workout journal. we have a section here for that, go start a thread and post your workouts and your progress.
for food help, fitday is an excellent website for loading in food and keeping track of calories and macros.
