Depends what amino acid. some are taken to a better effect with different couplings, to the best of my knowledge.

Some individuals suggest that liquid aminos should be taken before and after a workout, peptide bonded preferrably. Is this true?
I know that most of the responses regarding the best form of aminos and when to take them are of a matter of opinion, but id still be interested in opions of what has/has not worked for certain individuals.

Just a question, should you take them on non-training days(the powder, obviously) or just rely on whole foods for non-training.
