Now that school is about to get out, I want to take the summer seriously and build some muscle mass. I'll post my stats below along with the diet I have worked on so you can take a look at them. This is my first time putting a diet together so it may need some work. Any help will be appreciated.

Stats

Age - 19
Height - 6'1
Weight - 200
BF% - Not completely sure but I think I'm around 15%

Diet

Meal 1 (8:00 AM)
1 Cup Grape-Nuts
2 Cups skim milk
Banana
Multivitamin

Meal 2 (11:00 AM)
6 Egg whites (scrambled)
1 Cup oatmeal
Apple

Workout (12:00 PM)

Post-workout/Meal 3
(1:00 PM)
1 Scoop ON 100% protein
2 Cups skim milk

(2:00 PM)
6 Oz. Can of Tuna (water packed)
1/2 Cup low fat mayo
2 slices 100% whole wheat bread
1 can Green beans

Meal 4 (5:00 PM)
6 Oz. Skinless chicken breast
1 Cup Brown Rice
1 can Organic Red Beans

Meal 5 (8:00 PM)
3 Egg whites (scrambled)
2 slices 100% whole wheat bread
1 Can Peas

Meal 6 (11:00 PM)
1 Scoop Nitro Core 24 (in water)
Multivitamin

According to FitDay this would give me a total of 3690 calories.

Nutrient Breakdown
Protein 33% (1117 Calories)
Carbs 52% (1782 Calories)
Fat 15% (508 Calories)

I know the protein is a little high but I'm not sure how to go about lowering it. Does anyone have any advice after looking at the diet?

So about 275g protein, about 425g carb, and about 60g of fat. Next time post grams okay? The percentages are useless.

How about you just increase your fats a bit? They're a bit low anyway. What are your maintenance calories?

And how will you be training?

I would say my maintenance calories would be anywhere from 3000 to 3200. I plan to jog on my off days for 30-45 minutes.

For my workout program I'm thinking about trying out DeFranco's Training - Westside for Skinny Bastards A modified lifting program for "Hardgainers"

I've heard some good things about this program and thought I'd give it a try.
