hey im a inline speedskater and i have tried gakic once and i was wonderin does it realy work or no cuz when i took it i didnt realy feel any different....i have alot of lacktic acid biuldup when i skate.its normal but i was wondering wut is a good suppliment for lacktic acid reducment and is Gakic a good suppliment of not.......

by the way im 19 and i weigh about 168 and im 5"10..just incase that had to do with anything
