Hi

There was a recent post here where someone had a problem on not getting a product he ordered from sbmuscle

After I contacted him and got his info I was able to contact my people at sbmuscle, we found that the product he ordered was still not delivered by the company that made it(still not a good thing for the customer)but within 24 hrs we were able to send him the original ACL Tren which is much more expensive.

What I am getting at if this is any issues please pm me and I will handle it and things will be made right as we want our customers to be happy and doing things this way will get any problem resolved alot quicker. As a rep for sbmuscle and Anabolic Innovations it is not only my job to answer questions about our products and to lend suggestions but also to handle any problems that may arise.

I am the only rep here for sbmuscle but for Anabolic Innovations you can get me or stxnas there is also amino, dmang and rob awesome so please feel free to contact us with question or concerns

I was the customer that had the complaint about SBmuscle and once I was able to contact Don by using this forum he contacted Tuan @ SBmuscle and he called me within the hour and explained to me the product I ordered was not in stock and they were having a problem getting it in from the manufacturer, so without further delay he immediately sent me a better product that was more expensive, but at the same price as my original order. My order was sent out on Friday and was at my door on Monday. I was initially frustrated with the delay of my order, being that this was my first time ordering from SBMuscle. I will continue to shop @ Sbmuscle.com, they have amazing supps at the best price.

I ordered the bsn sample pack w/shaker and the shaker was different than the one shown on the website and the samples were different. Can you please help me out?
