Does anyone have advice on cutting below 10% bodyfat without going on the 0 carb /high fat ketosis diets we've been talking about on the boards? Also for all those great cutters out there: how long does it usually take you to get down into single digit b.f.?
TSB has posted a 6 week and a 9 week program what are timeframes that others have experienced or know about?

Are you competing? Why do you want to be so low?

Being single digit bodyfat sucks. It's a bitch to get there, a bitch to maintain, and you feel like total shit.

If you just wanna get down that low just to do it, then while other approaches work I think keto is the best way to do it (not until you're already about 10%, though).

It's taken me 10 week to get to 6%, I started at 16%...only been on keto for about 4 weeks, the other 6 was a high protein/medium carb/low fat diet progressively lowering cals.

I hate do say this, but I have to agree.
If you're truley at 10%, that is low enough. Unless you have a reason, such as competition, there is nothing to gained by going any lower. Well, maybe chicks!

Don't laugh...

I've done a few modeling jobs in the past and I wanted to add some fitness shots to the headshots I already have...
So I wanted to drop the B.F.% for the pics, but also I need to have a good Idea of how long it takes me personally to get to that level so I can tell agents how much notice I need to get ready for a fitness shoot. (assuming I ever get one)

I ain't laughing. Would actually be pretty cool to be a model (though it isn't a personal goal of mine).

I would say .5-1% bodyfat/week is a good guideline.
