I can do cardio and training first thing in the morning. I want to keep as much muscle as possible while lowering my BF. What's good to eat before and after this for cutting purposes. I was thinking of taking 15grams of whey protein before my run so I wont burn off too much muscle. If I train after running should I eat some quick carbs and more protein?

If you're running, you shouldn't be training afterward.
What are your goals - to become a better runner, or to become muscular and lean?
Describe your diet and your training?

To get more cut but I realize that I cant do that this summer. I'm working way out in the oilsands and the camp I'm in is 70km from a town. They definitely don't serve enough food to bulk or the right kinds to cut. Plus the gym they have here is crap, it only has dumbbells in the range of 20, 25, 30, 40, and 50. No barbells. I'm just going to do maintance untill university starts up in the fall.

Okay, so you want to get lean, but you're doing a lot of running. It's pretty damned hard to lean out when you're a runner. Do you love running, or are you thinking it will lean you out?
