I currently eat a lot of peanut butter because I feel like it help give me fuel and it REALLY satisfies my cravings. I eat the all natural kind so there is no added surgar, but is there a point where I may be eating too much? Often times before I work out I will eat a piece of whole wheat toast with peanut butter and a sliced banana on it.
It is not uncommon for me to maybe have 2 spoon fulls of peanut butter throughout the day after that to satisfy my hunger. Is this overdoing it?
