id be training at close to 5 45 am, and I always have some cottage cheese or 20 g of Casein protein before I hit the hay.

Can you not train at evening/ night? I find it very hard to believe a decent workout is possible at that rediculous time.....

Not really, I made my best gains during the early mornings.
The gym is empty, no distractions, no waiting for the weights, no idiot talking nonstop. Sweet! You just have to go to bed earlier than usual. But finding time to make something quick can be tricky at times. |
