Hey i had a question about the differences between 2 types of ecdysterone. I saw one company offer 20MG of 20-beta-hydroxyecdysterone in their supplement. And the other offered about 200MG of inoecdysterone. I was wondering if there was any difference in the 2 if any, and what it is. Was it like a difference between the types of ephedra suchas norephedrine, or regular ephedrine or ever pseudoephedrine which is in cough syrup. Can anyone help me with ecdysterone??

i don't know the difference, but i don't believe any of those work. i have read quite a few articles, incl. in muscular development magazine, and they didn't have any study that showed real benefits from taking it.

Are you sure because i read im the 4th edition of the Supplment Review thing that it really worked. Id have to go back to my frineds ouse to give u the specifics on this one type but they really had a high opinion of it.

that eas supplement review pushes eas products. there is no real proof behind it, everytihng is based on the authors personal opinions due to experience! and it's often expressed in a way that only makes you believe that they actually really know what they're talking about and that they do have proof.

Are you talking about Bill Philip's book?

I partially agree, however Bill does a good job at evaluating "hot" supplements on the market and reporting any valid research that has been done on them. If there is any true science behind a supplement he reports it.

it says in the 3rd issue "The supplement reviews and ratings are an expression of the authors opinions and are not meant to be interpretet as absolute, scientific conclusions." the only studies outlined are coming from manufacturers, and their interest is selling the stuff!
