Pct question

Hi people, i have a question.
here is
for how long time i should take novaldex after a 13th week cycle.

Usually your PCT should last around 4 weeks, or until your body is back to normal.

now my nuts are in the real zise,and my drive sex comeback,

If your 'boys' are back to size and your sex drive returned, you're ok it sounds like.

First of all what cycle did you do what where you taking?? and second i hope you took nolva remember nolva is not the same as novaldex so get your stuff right unless you wan't some worse side effects.

time between cycles usually = (time on + pct time). Only my opinion but for the cycle you just did (13 weeks I believe) I would do a 5 week pct. So that would be 18 weeks from the time you complete your pct. You should also get bloodwork done prior to starting your next cycle if at all possible (should be done during and after too but I know that's not realistic for most people).
