I just got my doctor to up my HRT script. The script is for 200mg of Test Cypionate per week, 1 shot per week + daily test cream of 1ml per day of 10% HRT Cream 30GM. I understand what the 200 mg of Cypionate means to me as far as potency. But I don't understand the potency of the cream.
Is this about equal to say 300mg of test per week?

10% concentration transdermal test will have 100mg per 1000mg (basically a ml) of cream. Your doctor prescribed 30g - one month's worth.
You will be applying this topically, and pharmacokinetic data on Androgel (a commercial transdermal 10% testosterone formulation) suggest 10% of the active will be absorbed systemically. This means you will absorb 10mg out of your 100mg dose.
Androgel (Testosterone Gel) clinical pharmacology - prescription drugs and medications at RxList
In your case, systemic testosterone will be increased by 200mg + 10x7mg = 270mg per week, more or less.
If you haven't picked it up yet, I recommend Versabase, and have them load the cream into a large syringe, so you can load 1cc syringes for ease of measurement/dosing.
Have you picked it up yet?

Thanks Built. I have picked it up and it was very easy to use. It comes in 10ml tubes and I just squeeze out one 1ml per day.
