I have eaten about 3 jars of a natural sunflower seed butter, and I have to say, it is delicious.
incredible on toast, and great with cottage cheese, and by itself.
I am curious to know if it actually has any measurable amount of sesamin in it, enough for it to make a difference anyway.
anybody else tried it before? what are other unusual 'butters' that youve had that you like?

I didnt mean in one sitting dude, idk if I worded that poorly haha
I meant I put down a couple jars in a few weeks.
Its just a butter made from sunflower seeds, like peanut butter, walnut butter etc.
I really liked it, kind of a toasty flavor to it. On the expensive side though, nutrition to cost you're way better off buying a bulk bag of walnuts from costco or sams club for 10-15 bucks.
