You may not be spam, but that program is. Do yourself a favour and dont try it, you wont get anything from it, trust me.
My bad also, i was the one who infracted you for that post. It looked like a spam message to me. If you're asking for advice on whether or not to try that program, seriously - dont bother with it. The only way to add size to any part of your body is proper diet, informed training programs, and persistence. |

all is cool just that website dont look like no spam website but if you say that program is bs then i take your word look i have 15 inch arms and would be happy with 18 inch

Anybody can make a good looking website.
And trust me, id be happy with 18" arms aswell, but its not gonna happen without a great deal of diet management, good balanced training, and TIME. That 12 hour program will not do anything for you except put an immense amount of stress on your central nervous system, and overwork your arms (which are pretty damned small muscles) to the point of structural trauma and tearing. The simple fact is that you grow outside of the gym. Training is the stimulus, muscle growth is the response to that stimulus, for muscle growth you need food to fuel it, and time for it to actually happen. If it were as easy as 1 day in the gym, everybody would have huge arms wouldnt they? Are you looking for a new program to do? But yeah, anybody who does that program is grossly misinformed on how muscle gain works. |

I tried this yesterday and I can get my arms in any of my work shirts. mainly because there so done in I cant even lift the weight of a shirt

Actually that program or some form thereof has been around for years. The gains do happen but are only temporary . A bunch of guys from Golds' in North Olmstead Oh. tried it in the early 80's and came to the conclusion , it's a good waste of a day.
