need help with this

okay i have trained my vertical for two years now ..i gain vertical but i have imbalansed body..big leg and not so big upped body ..is it good to train my legs for strenght and the upper body for mass to fix the problem?

not sure what your asking really ??? your english also needs some help. i think this may answer your Q: train your whole body equally that will fix the problem

Train your body to look like what you want as long as you do it safely. Its all the same thing. Youre just packing nutrients into your muscle cells.

well the best thing to do is to just workout your full body, workout around 3 day's a week working all of your muscle's don't just stick to upper because your lower will get weak eventually

thats kind of a good problem most find it hard to gain leg size or even find the will to workout legs
