Carb Up Meal

I am currently using a low carb/high protein method of cutting.
50 grams of carbs on days that I train(5 days a week).
40 grams of carbs on my days off.
Do you think I need one or two carb up meals during the week??
Also,
why should the carb up meal be the last meal of the day?
I forgot

I think you could stand for a carb up once a week.

Reasons for carbing up in the last meal....to prevent further carb cravings after the insulin spike and when the seratonin boost makes ya sleepy you'll be just going to bed anyway.
