What would be a good joint supplement? I have been using Activate Xtreme and X Factor and well my strength has gone considerably up so I lift more weight but my joints are paying for it.

XF will make your joints ache, nothing much to do about until you are done.

That sounds all too familiar. My strength went up so fast on Xfactor, my knee and my elbow began to hurt to an almost crippling pain. What I can suggest would be some fish oil, glucosamine and chondroiton, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, something with cissus quadrangularis in it. This was actually the only product that began to alleviate my pain, and ultimately fixed it for me. You will not be disappointed if you buy it.

To give you an example of how bad my knee began to hurt, I literally felt like a rhino trying to get down stairs. I was extremely lound and awkward because it hurt so bad. And my elbow kept me from doing grip exercises or anything that required a grip. I had to start using straps and had to start going to lighter weight on bench. Glad thats over. I havn't had that problem on XF since I have incoporated Incarnate into my regular supplement regimen.

Yeah man, my strength has gone waaay up and waaay too fast. I was doing 45lbs dbb bench press and now I am doing 60lbs in the matter of 3 weeks and I think I could go up to 65 too. I could only do 45lbs on each side deadlifts and now im up to 2 45s on each side plus 10lbs on each side. Yeah not very impressive but in my opinion its a great increase in just a short time span.

I am literally setting new maxes every week and it is freakin awesome but man the joint pain has kicked in 24/7. It is a constant pain, or ache and it honestly never goes away but it is manageable pain. I hope it doesn't get too bad though.

honestly, i would nip the pain in the bud right now. you will only get stronger and the pain will get worse. Get something with cissus in it. You can go with Super Cissus, Incarnate, or I think you can get bulk cissus as well.

Are there any foods or products you can buy at a local grocery store that you know of to help alleviate pain?
