So far we had 12 athletes with Hawaii ties that earned olympic medals including golds for Clay Stanley, Natasha Kai and the world's greatest athlete, Bryan Clay. Then we had the Waipio Little Leaguers win the World Series and Barry Obama is in the political spotlight. There's also a lot of attention on the Hawaiian Delegates at the convention....We aren't used to this kind of attention every once in a while we have one person making headlines. In essence we are like a small town so when someone from here makes a splash we ride the wave.....this wave is pretty damn big....
