meal plan question

Hey guys, I'm trying to devise a good meal plan to help me gain that 15-20lbs of muscle. Any tips? I'm 165 and not really strong, but getting there. I just busted my butt today (legs day). The last couple of days, I've been waking up and making pancakes with egg whites, plain oatmeal, and some flavored fatfree yogurt. pretty good, but I can see they will get old fast. What else can I do? What should I stay away from during dinner? Is it okay to mix crunchy reduced fat peanut butter and bananas with my protein shakes? When I make a shake do I just use one scoop, or two? The serving size is 1 scoop w/ 20g protein. I'm a beginner I know, but I have to start somewhere! Thanks!
