Probably matching the host with computer ID and the time of that post/vote but I think you'd have to do more research and align it up in a time frame manner. Somehting like that. But it is not difficutl but more a pain in the ass to do.

Only the admin can see things like this, but believe me I do not have the time or desire to look at such things.
