Ok, so what can I do for breakfast to keep it mixed up? I mean, the last couple of days I've been making pancakes with 4egg whites, oatmeal, fruit, and yogurt. However, I'm sure in another day or 2 I'll be sick of that. I know I can make omlets, although I'm not a big fan. What else can I do? I'm trying to gain muscle but not fat. 10-20lbs to be exact. I'm assuming cereal is a no-no? like raisin bran? so what then??? please help!

How about separating some of that instead of making one big concoction? How about the good'ol Steak and eggs?
How about a good ol' breakfast sandwich? Wheat English Muffin, Egg, non fat cheese?
Other than that, Breakfast is tough unless your willing to what you eat during the day for breakfast. My friend, will consume, Chicken Breast in the morning?
Wish I could help you out more. Maybe check the Health Recipe area in here.

All bran with psyllium and Bran Buds w/ extra fiber are suitable breakfast cereals. I would probably add half or quarter of a protein shake on the side to up the protein. Other options are cottage cheese or Nonfat turkey bacon for the protein source.
BY the way, your breakfast does not have to be a typical breakfast food. I have a chicken salad for breakfast cuz it is already made.
Oops, almost forgot ole oatmeal. Do not add any sugar, but you can add a little cinnamon for flavor.
