I was doing Week 3 of a leg routine I got from Gopro today, it was mostly supersets, I don't have it with me but it went something like this:
Super set Leg ext with Squats 8-10 x 2 sets
Super set Leg ext with Leg press 8-10 x 2 sets
Drop set hack squat 8-10 , 6-8 x 1 set
Super set Leg curl with SLDL 8-10 x 2 sets
Drop set leg curl 8-10, 6-8 x 1 set
DONE
I felt kind of sick after the workout, a "I'm gonna hurl" thank god I'm done
Thanks Gopro, I'm gonna be sore as hell tomorrow.
