Does dextrose affect body fat at all? For instance, one packet of sugar-free on mixed with Old Fashioned Oats?

Get Splenda! Its more expensive, but non-carcinogenic and tastes better! The amount of dextrose in a packet of sugar substitute isn't enough to affect blood sugar levels. You'd almost have to eat the stuff by the spoonful.
