I've read in September issue of Ironman Magazine that drinking coffee will negate the effects of creatine due to reducing calcium stores that are needed for skeletal and muscular developement. Does this mean I can't have my coffee in the morning anymore or can I just take a calcium supplement to offset the coffee and still benefit from the creatine?????

Depends on how much caffiene.......the studies on this are not very clear either! Just seperate your creatine from your coffee by a few hours if you are concerned!
If you don't ingest copious dairy products, green leafy, and other green vegetables, extra calcium would be in order anyway!

Great! I take my creatine after my workout (usually around 6:30) and my coffee around 8:00. I'd really be a prick in the morning if I didn't get to have my 2-3 cups of coffee!
