Should I base my calorie counts on raw or cooked chicken?
I always just went with cooked weight in the past and never really thought about it until today while grilling up a bag of chicken breasts and I happened to read the label on the bag. This is what it said:

12 servings, 114g per serving (should equal 1241g)
110 calories
1g fat
23g protein

Sounds good, but then I looked at my grill and realized that there were only six chicken breasts...
I weighed them after grilling and they came out to a whopping 898 grams...

so now I managed to confuse myself.
any input folks?

shouldn't matter if your deviding it raw or cooked...
