Min0 should be itching to get the Rangers and Islanders on the ice with the Yankees and Mets pondering which iron to use on the golf course

It's weird how the Bruins always seem to start their season on a big west coast trip and play 3/4th of their games on the road in the month of October. Last year, they had like 6 or 7 straight road games to open up their season.

Why even dare compete with the Red Sox?
They're going to lose 10 times out of 10 in that situation.

Was there an NHL preseason this year?
The Red Sox are so far out in front of all other Boston teams. If they made a major trade or signed a top free agent the day the Celtics or Pats won a championship, the Sox trade would be the top story.

There was a preseason
And this will be the worst leafs team in my lifetime. That is pretty scary.
But if they get the number 1 draft pick all will be forgotten.

The Leafs looked solid yesterday.
I really wanted to throw a couple bucks on them with the +200 odds.
Won big on the Bruins, who I'm expecting big things from this year.

I won't watch the leafs, until they do something dramatic to improve this team. I am sick of seeing them put losers out there. They are like the Yankees, buying old players for too much money. Except they never win.

Globe:
When Bruins [team stats]rookie winger Blake Wheeler slid the puck 90 feet into the Maple Leafs’ empty net with 52.3 seconds left, completing his hat trick and giving the B’s a 5-2 victory, it brought the standard cascade of hats from the stands.
And something else: one bra.
