Peanut butter and oatmeal bad?

Hi,
I just read somewhere that having meals with fat and a large number of carbs is bad.
But the thing is i like putting peanut butter into my oats because i love the flavour it gives.
Is this a big no-no? or is it alright?

There is nothing wrong with eating carbs with fat.
Every night before I got to bed I eat oats with pb and whey mixed in.
