Hello everyone, i have been traininig the hole year arrow,but at this moment i feel not interest for tha training, i´m not motivaded.,
i was wonfering if i should take a time off and for how long time? ![]() i´ll apreciate your help. thanks |

A couple weeks wont kill you (its actually good for you!), and it may reinvigorate your desire to hit the gym!

Nothing like dropping everything, including caffeine for me, and coming back.
I usually hurt myself or overtain if I'm not careful. i would go no more than two weeks. |
