Hello everyone, i have been traininig the hole year arrow,but at this moment i feel not interest for tha training, i´m not motivaded.,
i was wonfering if i should take a time off and for how long time?

A couple weeks wont kill you (its actually good for you!), and it may reinvigorate your desire to hit the gym!

Nothing like dropping everything, including caffeine for me, and coming back.

I usually hurt myself or overtain if I'm not careful.

i would go no more than two weeks.

Are u tellingme i should to decrease my daily routine like my job time, or just the training,,, food or beer an d partys.

By the way,,,,,,,,, my feeling it´s boring about the workout.
i think i need feel motivation!

Hello people,.
i was out of gym the hole,week, but today, i went to the gym. can´t resist the week with out make some exercise.

so,.. know i should take mi time for rest and leave the joins regenerate-

probably i take more day before to comeback to the training.
