Hey, welcome to IM

My advice would be to first read the stickied topics in both the diet + nutrition forum, and the training forum. The stickied ones are the topics at the top of each forum.

They've got a lot of useful advice for just starting out in training, and will help people give more constructive advice later on if you've already done some reading yourself.

Some general tips from what you've said already:

1 - Dont do exercise every day, you should try and have a few rest days every week. Rest and recovery is just as important as training.

2 - Theres no need to do that much ab work. The phenomenon of "spot reducing" fat (ie - exercising a certain aread of the body to "burn" fat off that area, and only that area) is a myth. Losing fat happens all over the body as a result of diet management and regular comprehensive exercise.

3 - You're still quite young, so i would just concentrate on learning about eating a healthy diet and doing some good all-around regular exercise whether this is swimming, running/biking, weight training, tennis, soccer, anything. Preferably a few different things. Just concentrate on general health, fitness, and good nutrition, and you'll find the other things will come as a by-product of that.

But yeah, read those stickied topics, and have fun learning. Everybody here is more than willing to help out as much as possible especially if you put the effort in to read yourself, too, haha.

Your too young to be worrying about that belly fat especially if you weight that much. Most of that might even be baby fat.

How long have you been working out? Are you a male or female? You are very young and growing, dont start on a diet that you dont know about you might harm your body's development. You need alot of nutrients daily.

Doing 200 crunches everyday and the rest of ab work outs you do is a bad idea. You need not to pressure yourself so much.

agreed, but "baby fat" at 13?

I learned from this forums that some people even have baby fat to early 20s. I had baby fat until I reached 17, fat that'd never went away even on a healthy diet with good working out. Eventually it melted away when I aged.

^ I really don't think that constitutes as baby fat though...your hormone profile is so drastically different in/after maturation. I really don't believe anyone could sustain baby fat for so long.

Some people just have genetics that make them look look they carry fat in an infantile way.
