I have been trying to read up on the ethyl ester creatine supps and they sound really good to me HOWEVER some people say they are BS and don't really work any different than regular creatine. Im not worried about money so i might as well buy the ethyl ester I think. It cant be worse than regular creatine right?

ok so I decided to get some ethyl ester creatine. I read that if you get powder it is usually better absorbed so i decided to go with this sutff:

It didn't come with a scoop and it say take 1 teaspoon 2 times a day (2.5grams). I have two problems though. First of all it has some large chunks in it and makes it hard to get the right amount in my drink, what should I do? Also it tasted like the absolute most disgusting thing I have ever put in my mouth. It says mix with 8-12 oz of water. I put about 12 oz of water in and I almost threw up drinking it. Would there be anything wrong with maybe putting it in my Super Pump 250 drink before I work out so I dont want to vomit? |
