Hmm..do you mean that you have symptoms of Carpal tunnel on your right hand for which you'll seeing a doc soon. And in the meantime, your not doing any upper body workout?
These are my questions you should ask yourself: 1) Will doing squats/legs/Abs help preserve some of your upper body mass? Are you in the middle of a bulking regimen if you don't mind me asking? 2) Should you do any upper body exercises sparing your right arm that will not create asymmetry and help preserve some of the mass that you've painstakingly gained in the last few months? These are 2 questions that you really have to ask yourself. |
That's all I've been asking myself. Any answer to question #2? I guess, I got to get creative and come up with some crazy assed routine to keep my bulk going.....
