Hi,

I'm looking for some decent books which look at the mechanics of bodybuilding, anatomy etc. Can anyone recommend one?

Thanks

I know there have been threads on this in the past, P-funk can recommend some good ones, but try searching too.

what is your current level of knowledge?

a kinesiology book would be great, but may be a little over the top for you if you have never read anything like that.

if you are just a beginner, I would actually say save your money and head over to ExRx (Exercise Prescription) on the Net as you can read all about exercises, what muscles they affect, etc...It would be a good starting point for you.

They have an exercise and muscle directory that can help you out:

ExRx.net Exercise & Muscle Directory
